Works currently on site include design & fit out of a Bar Restaurant for new operators Gavin & James of New Horizons Ltd. The scope of works included; full design and conversion of retail showrooms to pub restaurant. See below rough draft sketch, annotated image and visual for main bar area.

Works include; demolition, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, cooling, structural works, bespoke joinery, flooring, signage & decoration. Select Interiors have developed the scheme and employed all the sub consultants to provide a ‘turnkey’ fit out package for the conversion from retail showroom to Pub Restaurant – The Allotment Bar & Restaurant

The two Northern Quarter ‘dudes’ are receptive to new ideas and uses of upcycled materials for the scheme and have taken an active interest in the evolution of design from the initial brief, see below progress images

Works just completed on the first phase of developing the old Granada headquarters for Allied London Group in conjunction with OBI Property Services in Manchester. Schedule of works; demolition, supplying and installing floating raft ceilings in OSB board, partitions, re-use of some lighting & glazed screens. Bespoke joinery, polished concrete flooring and bespoke manifestations. Select Interiors also design the re-branding which will be used for marketing the scheme

After completion of the works below Select Interiors have been awarded three further projects at the former Granada Studios on the first & third floors for recruitment company Back to Work and Equita. Select Interiors have also installed new communal kitchen / staff welfare facility.

Fit out of main reception, Select Interiors also designed the branding H.QB10

Select Interiors are working on further designs to develop part of the reception into a Café / Hub for one of Manchester’s up and coming independent coffee houses.

The client Michael Ingall, the visionary CEO of Allied London Group. The brief; to create a cool Café / Hub for H.Q. office tenants and another outpost for the expanding Caffeine & Co.

The design illustrated below uses recycled materials and will provides the perfect environment for a creative, collaborative ‘drop’ in workspace as well as for a coffee & cake. What is not to like?

We are also completing a project in Blyth, services include the design & build of warehouse extension, site management coordinating client’s (national supermarket) nominated racking & sprinkler contractors. Another project starts in the south lakes next week. We have completed 17 of these projects since the start of 2104 with programme running for another two years

Some of the projects above will be the subject of further blogs, one of which will have a short film. The majority of the works above are repeat business, which would indicate we are doing something right.

The team at Select Interiors would like to thank all the clients above for their valued enquiries and business, and we look forward to being of further service in the near future
