MD Carl had initially surveyed the basement and submitted costs to convert into offices for an IT company but had previously made enquiries about the same space. Carl was excited about the potential but unconvinced the bank would support the business with the project. After a brief call to friendly Bank Manager Tom this dilemma was resolved with support and encouragement in equal measures from new Bank Manager for the RBS

The project is to be completed over a 12 weeks, works included the complete internal & external refurbishment.  Structural waterproofing, new drainage, gas supplies, underfloor heating, fibrous screed, full re-wire and electrical, structural works, plumbing, heating, mechanical, extensive insulation, glass and plasterboard partitions, decoration and flooring

Products will be displayed in bespoke floor Concept: To convert basement premises to Offices and Showroom for Select Interiors Ltd, total floor area 170m2

To form a separate office within the total floor space of approximately 70m2 to generate income as contribution to the mortgage

Offices to have adjacent showroom & reference library for Architects and other designers

The Concept is to bring Clerkenwell to Manchester http://www.clerkenwelldesignweek.com/

Products will be displayed in bespoke floor to ceiling units, commercial fabrics, and blinds, partitioning systems, suspended ceilings, flooring, furniture, lighting and AV equipment

The Showroom space will have mobile low level displays that can be wheeled out of the area with a full height acoustic curtain to allow the space to be sectioned off from Office for presentations and talks by manufacturers & suppliers. Ceiling mounted projector onto White magnetic wall / white board / projector screen

Select Interiors have won two further contracts for New Horizons Ltd The Select Interiors team worked on Bar Restaurant schemes in Birkdale currently going through planning and Burscough, Lancashire
