Project story

Select Interiors have been designers and fit out specialists for the leisure sector for 34 years. We fitted the six restaurant / food hall type concept restaurants for the mighty Allied London Estates. The six independent food operators were involved in a competition funded by Michael Ingall CEO and founder with the eventual winner receiving investment and help to develop them from pop up food stall operators to fully fledged restauranteurs.

Select Interiors Ltd designed all the bespoke joinery counters and finishes in collaboration with Soo Wilkinson

and the Allied London Estates team.

The Scope of the restaurant fit out works included: dry lining, plastering, electrical, data, lighting, decoration, bespoke workshop and site joinery, resin flooring and bespoke graphics.

Works were completed over an 8-week programme and the space was used for a hit TV series – The Million Pound Menu (with Fred Sirieix hosting) featuring fledgling street food vendors to develop their concepts and entrepreneurial skills with prize money and exposure
