Select Interiors Manchester have produced a full scope & drawings package submission to Manchester Building Control & Planning. Works included Demolition, Structural works, Ventilation, Heating & Cooling, Electrical / Data, Fire Strategy, Lighting, glazed meeting room, kitchen, flooring, decoration & graphics. We also supplied and fitted all the desks, storage, internal & external signage.
Select Interiors have designed and fitted out offices in other properties owned by the landlord, Jeremy Rubens M.D. of Swan Properties Ltd. Select and have established a good working relationship with both Jeremy and the client Time Recruitment

The client Time Recruitment has instructed Select Interiors Ltd to design Time Recruitment’s other Manchester Office in Loom Street, in the newly fashionable Ancoats redevelopment area
Further works recently completed include a complete design and fit out for Capricorn Security. Select Interiors provided a complete design, space planning through to the complete fit out. Partitioning, Glazed screens, bespoke joinery, Walnut veneered doors, kitchen facility, electrical, distribution, data, A/V and all desks, storage & screens. All works were completed over a three week period, from Concept to Completion
