Select Interiors are currently working on the re-design, re brand of former Granada Studios site in Spinningfields Manchester. The buildings on Quay St & Atherton St comprise of two linked buildings. Select Interiors have produced the branding for H.Q, designed & refurbished the main reception. Working with the dynamic team at OBI Property Services Group & the visionary Chief Executive Officer Michael Ingalll of Allied London Estates. Select Interiors have refurbished a further three offices for tenants moving into the exciting new development including Journey 9, Equita & Back to Work
Select Interiors have been awarded the design and refurbishment of the Penthouse Apartment spanning the top floor of the buildings
Select have also been commissioned to produce branding and design for an extension of The Hello concept, which provides an accessible, cool & flexible working environment and drop for small creative start-ups and forward looking established businesses that have embraced the mobile working culture.

To strip out and remove existing ceilings and to reveal sub ceiling services and plant, to install new lighting and to provide economical design solutions to enhance the space, provide workstations & Coffee areas for an extension of Allied London’s roll out of the Hello Hub workspace concept

Martha received a brief from Capital Properties Facilities Manager Ben Lewis. Works to include design, demolition, structural waterproofing, ventilation, electrical, lighting and decoration.

Update on progress at The Allotment Bar & Restaurant for new operators Gavin & James of New Horizons Ltd. Manchester shop fitters, Select Interiors, have developed the scheme from initial brief of ‘’create a trendy Bar Restaurant based around Allotment theme
Works include; demolition, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, cooling, structural works, bespoke joinery, flooring, signage & decoration. Select Interiors have developed the scheme and employed all the sub consultants to provide a ‘turnkey’ fit out package for the conversion from retail showroom to Pub Restaurant – The Allotment Bar & Restaurant
The two Northern Quarter swashbucklers are receptive to new ideas and uses of upcycled materials for the scheme and have taken an active interest in the evolution of design from the initial brief, see below progress images

Select Interiors have just completed a design scheme and presentation for the complete refurbishment of the headquarters of the East Lancashire lodge of the Masons on Bridge Street in Manchester. The Grade II listed building has been home to the lodge for over a century and Select Interiors are proud to have won the commission and to be working with the Masonic Committee, the Directors of both Vision Developments and Lambert Smith Lambton.
