The High Growth Small Business urban three out of every five high-growth small businesses are located outside of London and the south-east of England. Not only that, but they’re also responsible for creating one in three new jobs – that’s up to three times the number created by FTSE 100 companies. According to an Informal study from 2016, London isn’t even the best city in the UK to start a business. Instead, it comes in eighth.

Recent Project designs for a re-launch of a well know Manchester Co-worker brand Assembly
The growth of co-worker space in Manchester as the ‘seed be’ for start-ups has been incredible. Below is an example of a project for interior design and planning
The space and layouts have been designed with collaboration in mind and additional revenue from events. The number of peripheral desks has been reduced with a phased option for expansion, the central ‘spine’ is a mobile high table. The space can easily be transformed into an events space with a projector and full height acoustic curtains to enclose the space, the area will be useable without too much disruption to the day to day rental desks. A larger breakout has been incorporated with low-level settees and large format TV, storage, cork walls and mobile magnetic whiteboards. Small meeting booths have been introduced
