After, project above completed for M.C.L. Ltd a national event organisers involved with the London Olympics and other large events chose Select Interiors Ltd to complete a complete re-design and refurbishment of their Manchester regional office. Works included the partial demolition of existing masonry offices, partitioning and space planning to allow for expansion within the open plan area. Executive offices and boardroom. New ceiling tiles and partial replacement of grid, re-wire and new starters and florescent tubes plus additional Cat II fittings. A complete re-wire and new distribution for small power and data including Diamond cutting reinforced concrete slab to install data and power without the visual blight of power poles. New patch panel and 50 data points throughout scheme, split options for server room. New fire doors, joinery and architectural ironmongery, flooring, decoration, desks, pedestals and replacement windows to the exterior. Works completed to programme, the client is extremely pleased with the results.
After installing high specification Fire & Sound system to form additional offices for E.D.M. Ltd in Newton Heath, Manchester. Select Interiors have been awarded two further orders after completing these works, Managing Director and staff were very pleased with the service and the results.

Select Interiors are currently installing new offices, small power and data distribution for Bytemark Ltd’s new offices in Turing House in Manchester. Other recently completed projects include new offices for Medical Air Technology Ltd in Trafford Park. Select have been given a further contract at Medical Air Technology to form ‘frameless’ glass executive offices.
Westlake Engineering in Manchester intend to proceed with executive office in ‘frameless’ glass system in their period offices on Dale Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Other orders pending are from Link Training in Hazel Grove and the conversion of a sub station and residential units as a joint venture project with an Architects Practice in The Northern Quarter.
Just completed a project to completely refurbish a Bakery for a supermarket chain for C.B.E.S. Ltd. All works were completed ‘out of normal’ working hours to minimise inconvenience to staff and so trading could continue without loss of turnover. Works included new lighting, ceilings, hygienic wall cladding and bespoke stainless steel protection rails. Select Interiors were awarded all 10′s on score card sign off and were commended by Contracts Manager.
Other works completed over the last three weeks include management and shop-fitting at the same retailer in Bolton, Horwich, Stratford upon Avon and Altrincham. Also further works completed for Giorgio Armani include bespoke stainless steel shopfittings designed, manufacture and installed at their Bicester outlet store. Select Interiors carried out a ‘refresh’ project at the Cheshire Oaks store and further works at The Post Box branch in Birmingham where the store manager Max commented on the quality of Select Interiors workmanship.
A further project is one site this next week to completely refurbish customer toilets at Coatbridge in Glasgow, works include electrical, plumbing, ceramic tiling and bespoke joinery.
