Number 1 on Select Interiors Fit out Company top 10 – 

Levitt Bernstein Architects, Select Interiors office fitters Manchester installed a Cat B scheme refurbish 1,500 square feet of offices in the ground-breaking period Bonded Warehouse by Allied London. Designed by Levitt Bernstein’s crack team, fit out by Select Interiors Manchester

Works included; electrical, data, plumbing, mechanical, structural works, bespoke Crittal steel & glass sliding doors and screens, bespoke joinery, flooring, signage & decoration.

Select Interiors provided a ‘turnkey’ fit out package for the conversion from a shell to beautiful, self-contained offices for London based award winning architects – Levitt Bernstein.

Number 2 on Select Interiors Fit out Company top 10 –

The interior design and complete refurbishment of a Grade II listed building for GBM Group in Manchester’s premier retail site Barton Arcade on Deansgate. The project brief was to design, conversion & refurbish of a Grade II listed (both external envelope and internal structure) retail unit, the unit has three floors, a basement, ground with a single shop front on Deansgate and a double frontage to the 1st floor. The basement was converted to a high tech workshop, the ground floor was converted to a retail unit and the 1st floor a boardroom, breakout and training / conference facility.

Works included; demolition, structural waterproofing, electrical, data, plumbing, mechanical & environmental control, structural works, building, bespoke cabinetry and, joinery, Oak woodblock flooring, signage & decoration. Select Interiors provided a ‘turnkey’ fit out package for the conversion from a dilapidated shell to a business / conference centre training, retail and workshop facility for this rapidly expanding group.

Completion of a Design & Refurbishment of Grade II Listed Building within the Barton Arcade, 63 Deansgate, Manchester by Select Interiors Ltd for Apple Partner GBM Ltd.

Number 3 on our top 10 –

The interior design and presentation for the complete refurbishment of an industrial block for Keolis Amey – Metrolink and Greater Manchester Transport.

The demolition of masonry walls throughout to take the unit from a basic shell to completion including manufacture of bespoke desks took 10 weeks.

The scheme included demolition, joinery, electrical, data, server cabinets, LED lighting, Fire Strategy provision, mechanical / air conditioning, cooling / heating. Full fit out of W.C’s to include showers, bespoke IPS, cubicles, ceramic tiling & ventilation. Two fully fitted kitchens, install of free issue appliances, partitioning, suspended ceilings & LVT and carpet tiled floorcoverings, bespoke blinds, decoration, desks, pedestals, screens, storage and bespoke signage.

Number 4 in our top 10 – Manchester based international fashion brand

The project was designed & fitted out by Select Interiors for group Chairman Phillip Wright of Boardmans to convert an industrial warehouse to state of the art Showrooms and Offices. Scope of works included full interior design and space planning, submission of drawings and planning to Building Control. Full mechanical & electrical / data design and installation, partitioning, lighting, kitchens, heating / cooling, W.C’s, showers, bespoke glazing, Desso & polished concrete flooring, decoration, graphics, signage and external refurbishment

See below space planning and proposed finishes, the layout remained but the finishes were changed after consulting the workforce, a collaborative approach to specifying the final finishes

Number 5 in Select Interior’s top ten design and fit out of 2019 for QA Consulting and Synergy Architects in Leeds

Just out of Leeds City Centre Select Interiors working for premier office fit out architecture practice Synergy have given the regional office of QA a new re-design of reception, breakout spaces, kitchens, washroom facilities, acoustic glazing, renewal of heating / cooling, new industrial boilers, LED lighting, flooring, decoration and graphics. The project was over four phases with each floor handed over and de-canted before the next phase could start

Drawings and interior design for the scheme by Milton Keynes based  Synergy Architects that specialise in office interiors both in the Uk and internationally 

 

 Number 6 in Select Interior’s top ten design and fit out of 2019 for uber cool developers Capital & Centric

This scheme for Manchester based developers Capital & Centric was to convert a dilapidated store room within a mill into a compact show suite / sales area for the ground-breaking Crusader Mills development in Ancoats

 The beautiful masonry above was concealed by layers of gloss paint. The Select Interiors Manchester interior fit out team installed protection to all the adjacent spaces sand blasted and carefully refurbished the existing masonry and timber beams to their original condition, repairing, patching and filling

Capital & Centric at Crusader Mills

The original space was a dilapidated mill storage room was carefully restored by the Select Interiors team. The resulting refurbishment reveals the history and original finishes in line with the client the uber cool developers Capital & Centric’s brief of reviving the best of the original interior elements, and recycling to reduce waste and thus construction costs.

Number 7 in Select Interior’s top ten design and fit out of 2018 for the Northern Pub Group headed by serial entrepreneur Steve Pilling. The interior design was by Adrian Taylor of Taylor Design. The local Didsbury public house was completely refurbished over 5 weeks. The scope forks included; demolition, electrical / data, mechanical A/C cooling / heating, bespoke joinery, upholstery, bespoke stainless steel back bar and speedrail, upholstery, solid Oak & stone flooring All the fixtures, fittings and joinery are fully bespoke. The metalwork was fabricated in Select Interior’s workshop

Number 8 in Select Interior’s top ten design and fit out of 2018 for a Manchester based restauranteur. The scope of works included full interior design & space planning. Bespoke glass bar front, joinery, electrical, building works, upholstery, decoration, branding

Number 9 in Select Interior’s top ten design and fit out of 2018 for and independent Café Bar Bisque & Beyond. The Manchester shop was completely refurbished & converted to Café Bar Restaurant over 7 weeks. The scope forks included; demolition, electrical / data, mechanical A/C cooling / heating, bespoke joinery, upholstery, bespoke bar & banquette seating, back bar & upholstery, stone flooring, commercial kitchen, decoration, signage, aluminium shop-front

Number 10 in Select Interior’s top ten design and fit out of 2018 for a Pub Group. The Select Interiors Ltd team built a Green Oak structural frame for serial Restauranteur and bon viveur Steve Pilling and The Northern Restaurant Group. The Oak sections were selected from logs by Select Interiors Manging Director Carl, the structural material was machined to our specification with a slight chatter finish. The handrail, newel posts and spindles were machined to a finer degree and hand finished on site. The frame was cut, assembled and fashioned on site by Select craftsmen. The Green Oak was left untreated to age to acquire a beautiful patina, raw, honest and crafted with love & care
