Select Interiors have recently tendered and won the first of a major investment in staff facilities owned by Transport for Greater Manchester and operated by Keolis Amey. Select Interiors Ltd completed design and refurbishment works for two rest facilities for previous operators of Metrolink in Piccadilly & Cornbrook Stations in Manchester. Select Interiors Ltd have won another contract to design and refurbish a Rest Facility at Deansgate Station and provide design, space planning through to the completion of all the building works. Services include demolition, an extension, partitioning, bespoke joinery, kitchen facilities, electrical, distribution, data, A/V equipment, desks, chairs & graphics

The project brief was to design, conversion & refurbish of a Grade II listed (both external envelope and internal Listed) retail unit, the unit has three floors, a basement, ground with a single shop front on Deansgate and a double frontage to the 1st floor.

They work with small businesses, multi-nationals, schools and professional creatives specialising in Apple technology. The brief to design and fit out a retail shop, workshop, showroom, meeting and training facility to complement their existing 3,500 sqft space in Ancoats.
