Project story
Select Interiors have been awarded the design and re-fit of the former Granada TV headquarters on Quay St for the London Based developer of Spinningfields – Allied London Estates Ltd. The project needed to be edgy, off the wall and completed within short timeframe and on a limited budget.
Works consisted of demolition, supplying and installing floating raft ceilings in OSB board, partitions, re-use of some lighting & glazed screens. Bespoke joinery and polished concrete flooring.
