Ezra & Gil Founded in 2014 the dynamic duo Hayley & Alli opened their first outlet in Manchester’s Northern Quarter in 2015. The quixotic mix of eclectic interior, strong branding, creative menus & premium coffee have been a resounding success
This project in the heart of Manchester’s premier location near Peter Square was Designed by the inimitable Steve West of studio-néo Architects, shopfitting by Northern Quarter based shopfitters Select Interiors Ltd. This is the 2nd branch of a planned expansion throughout the UK
The aesthetic is industrial, pared back using the buildings raw materials to best affect.
The pairing of concrete cellular ceiling and columns with raw steel, ribbed glass, vintage lighting, zinc & galvanised steel creates this unique space
Scope of works for Manchester shopfitters Select Interiors: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, bespoke fabrication, structural works, diamond sawing / drilling, cast concrete slab, partitioning, plaster soffits, decorative plaster finishes, hygienic cladding, ceramic tiling decoration, flooring and bespoke Aluminium shop-front.
