Basil Chambers is a handsome Grade II Listed building wedged between the Northern Quarter’s trendiest location High St & Nicholas Croft. Named after Basil David who operated numerous textile companies from the building.
Overview
Select Interiors won the tender and completely refurbished the 4th floor introducing new enlarged W.C. block & showers within a compact core for client Gerald David and Holmes Terry & Co
Scope of Works
The building & refurbishment works included: demolition, extensive new drainage, mechanical, electrical, LED lighting, plumbing, partitioning, toughened glass partitions, solid timber flooring, kitchens, bespoke joinery, ceramic tiling and decoration. The programme of works was completed over a 6-week programme
