Overview

Select Interiors converted the former dilapidated Museum Store adjacent to The Pelican Centre in Tyldesly. The project and works transformed the redundant building into a dynamic new Gym & leisure facility.

Scope of Works

The scope of work included demolition, major excavation, structural steel, importing and compacting 45 tonnes of hard-core, steel mesh and concrete, timber treatments, cladding, joinery, mezzanine floor, BWIC, electrical, partitions, joinery, flooring and decoration.

Select Interiors Manchester have recently completed works for Mediacom Northwest a full reconfiguration, design & fit out of 4th & ground floors to accommodate a further 48 staff and a new Finance Director. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

Scope of Works

REWRTIE: Demolition, bespoke Aluminium curtain walling, Crittall glazing, bespoke Oak reception desk, high table, service bar, full height cladding. The workshop joinery was manufactured in solid and veneered crown cut Oak with stone ‘wrap over & in-set’ stone tops. Plaster finishes, sheer curtains, upholstery, signage, plumbing, electrical and lighting.

Select Interiors have been awarded the design and re-fit of the former Granada TV headquarters on Quay St for the London Based developer of Spinningfields – Allied London Estates Ltd.

Overview

The project needed to be edgy, off the wall and completed within short timeframe and on a limited budget.

Scope of Works

Works consisted of demolition, supplying and installing floating raft ceilings in OSB board, partitions, re-use of some lighting & glazed screens. Bespoke joinery and polished concrete flooring.

The scheme introduced more light and a previously dark and unused area is now an informal drinks area. Other work included, upholstered bespoke seating, graphics, decoration, flooring, lighting and electrical works. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

The empty unit is being designed by the Select Interiors design team to accommodate Caffeine & Co, a Co-Worker space for the expanding Hello Work concept & Allied London Estates and Clarence Dock marketing suite. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

REWRITE: Demolition, bespoke Aluminium curtain walling, Crittall glazing, bespoke Oak reception desk, high table, service bar, full height cladding. Overview

A fast track fit out by Select Interiors for Allied London Estates head office fitted in the former Granada TVs headquarters on Quay Street in Manchester. The project was awarded with 24 hours’ notice to remove all furniture, fixtures and fittings. To demolish all existing partitions, to remove and re-use as many elements of their former office in Quay House.

Scope of Works

The full scope included demolition, furniture removal, diamond sawing, electrical, data, mechanical, decoration, flooring and bespoke graphics. The main works were completed over a two-week period with the Boardroom and Meeting rooms handed over two weeks after
