Select Interiors worked closely with our fab clients Nicola + Steve to take a newly developed shell + core unit within the Filaments New Bailey and transform the space into the uber cool independent artisan coffee and deli shop ‘Inner West’. We provided a full service of design and build.

Overview

Our team worked hard to provide numerous cost saving options along the way to meet the clients budget. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

Scope of Works

Scope of works included: 2D layout plans, 3D visuals, M&E, plumbing, bespoke joinery, WC’s, commercial kitchen, LVT flooring, counter, tiling.

Overview

Select Interiors converted the former dilapidated Museum Store adjacent to The Pelican Centre in Tyldesly. The project and works transformed the redundant building into a dynamic new Gym & leisure facility.

Scope of Works

The scope of work included demolition, major excavation, structural steel, importing and compacting 45 tonnes of hard-core, steel mesh and concrete, timber treatments, cladding, joinery, mezzanine floor, BWIC, electrical, partitions, joinery, flooring and decoration.

Artzu Gallery is an institution within Manchester’s Art scene Founded in 1998 by Nick Betney. We worked with Allied London Estates and Nick to create a temporary gallery space utilising materials and lighting from a previous shop-fit

Overview

The project was part of an innovative scheme to convert the former Granada TV HQ on Quay Street in Manchester by Allied London Estates & OBI. Select Interiors converted over 9000 sqft. as part of an 18-month refurbishment programme and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

Scope of Works

The shopfitting works package included: Survey, design drawings, Asbestos removal, mechanical, electrical, lighting, engineered timber flooring, balustrades and bespoke display equipment

Select Interiors Manchester have recently completed works for Mediacom Northwest a full reconfiguration, design & fit out of 4th & ground floors to accommodate a further 48 staff and a new Finance Director. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

Scope of Works

REWRTIE: Demolition, bespoke Aluminium curtain walling, Crittall glazing, bespoke Oak reception desk, high table, service bar, full height cladding. The workshop joinery was manufactured in solid and veneered crown cut Oak with stone ‘wrap over & in-set’ stone tops. Plaster finishes, sheer curtains, upholstery, signage, plumbing, electrical and lighting.

Select Interiors have been awarded the design and re-fit of the former Granada TV headquarters on Quay St for the London Based developer of Spinningfields – Allied London Estates Ltd.

Overview

The project needed to be edgy, off the wall and completed within short timeframe and on a limited budget.

Scope of Works

Works consisted of demolition, supplying and installing floating raft ceilings in OSB board, partitions, re-use of some lighting & glazed screens. Bespoke joinery and polished concrete flooring.

This Bar fitting & leisure fit out project was fitted out by Select Interiors Ltd for serial entrepreneur Cleo Farman owner and the creative force behind the Odd Group. Designed by a specialist International Hotel & Leisure designer & fitted out by Select Interiors Ltd over a 10-week programme

Overview

Phase 1 was the conversion of the basement including structural waterproofing, a subterranean large sump pump and access pit with levels alarm. The complete replacement of all the drainage, 18 Tonnes of reinforced, insulated cast concrete, decoration. partitions, plumbing, hygienic cladding, electrical, lighting, mechanical, joinery, ceramic tiling

Phase 2 was complete demolition of ground floor including salvaging all the existing timber panelling that was nailed to the windows as hoarding. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens. partitions, plumbing, hygienic cladding, electrical, lighting, mechanical, joinery, ceramic tiling

Scope of Works

We carefully removed the panelling, the site was formerly a Bank and took it to our workshop where with love and care we crafted it into a curved bar & back bar. Bar fitting & refurbishment works for the ground floor also included mechanical, electrical, full external toughed glass, bespoke bar and back bar, bespoke zinc radial bar tops. Extensive use of salvaged lighting and a bespoke stainless steel & glass Deli counter
