The youthful team behind the project had a vision of creating a Bar & Restaurant around an Allotment / Garden theme. We worked closely with Gavin & James to create the ambient & busy pub which incorporated an extensive Gin menu and separate Cocktail bar

Overview

Create a trendy Bar Restaurant based around an Allotment theme and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens. Select Interiors Shop & Barfitters created a commercial kitchen, disabled & lady’s & gent’s W.C.s to comply with Building Regs. From a compact footprint.

Scope of Works

Scope of works included: full design drawings, planning, building control submission. Demolition, structural & general building works, demolition, new electrical up-graded supply, excavation, BWIC, electrical, lighting, mechanical, cooling, plumbing, bespoke joinery, hygienic panelling, salvaged timber flooring, polished concrete, bespoke metalwork / aged zinc bar front cladding, signage, decoration & planting

Aluminium, steel, masonry, brickwork, reclaimed and new Oak, marble, soft wool boucle & woven fabrics. The design prioritised authenticity over embellishment and the Truth of Materials ethos from the Bauhaus movement

Overview

REWRITE: The scheme in Manchester’s very own Venice, Castlefield is in the cornerstone of the whole estate which comprises of period offices, bars, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The 1st impression for any building is the reception, this handsome space incorporated basement communal workspace, communal boardroom, informal and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

Scope of Works

REWRITE: Demolition, bespoke Aluminium curtain walling, Crittall glazing, bespoke Oak reception desk, high table, service bar, full height cladding. The workshop joinery was manufactured in solid and veneered crown cut Oak with stone ‘wrap over & in-set’ stone tops. Plaster finishes, sheer curtains, upholstery, signage, plumbing, electrical and lighting.

What a difference two weeks makes, this Korean Restaurant in Didsbury was re-designed and fitted out over a 2 week period with the furniture delivered and built by Select Interiors on the 3rd week

Select Interiors has completed a refurbishment project for the Lake District National Park Authority at its popular Brockhole Café on Windermere. The café, which is part of the Brockhole family activity attraction, overlooks Windermere and can be found in the beautiful arts and crafts property which also houses the visitor centre, shop and indoor play area.

The fast-track project, awarded on the basis of the team’s extensive experience in the hospitality sector and previous specialist projects undertaken in this field, was completed in ten days in order to cause minimum disruption for staff and visitors. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

Scope of Works

scope of works which included bespoke joinery, electrical and mechanical installation, plumbing, full decoration services, hand painting of furniture and the completion of Royal Minton ceramic tiling, alongside cladding and copper fabrication work.

Gourmet Coffee Bar and Kitchen approached Select Interiors with the challenge of a taking a dilapidated bicycle shed and transforming it into a coffee shop.

Overview

Following the process of research and development our makers insulated and built out the frame, partitions and completely changed the front with bespoke Aluminium retractable windows. and formal meeting space with Crittall glazing and slim-line sliding screens.

Scope of Works

We carried out the install of hygienic finishes to the kitchen area, lighting, specialist plaster finishes, decoration, flooring & bespoke signage.

Select Interiors have also supported Gourmet with brand identity, design, custom signage and continuity through design.
