Orcha Health

Office

Orcha Health appointed Select Interiors to deliver a modern office fit-out for their new headquarters in the UK, creating a flexible and agile workplace for their core team. The brief was to design a hybrid workspace that could support focused work, collaboration, meetings and presentations, staff development and informal breaks within one cohesive office environment.

Overview

Our team worked closely with Orcha’s senior team to develop their initial layout into a fully coordinated working scheme using CAD, 3D design and Revit modelling.

The result is a highly flexible and engaging workplace that supports the needs of a growing team, while allowing additional space for staff who usually work from home but need access to the office when required.

This project reflects our experience in office interior design, commercial refurbishments and fit outs, delivering tailored solutions that combine technical coordination, practical space planning and a strong brand identity.

Office Interior Design Solutions for Orcha Health

The interior design scheme used a pastel palette built around nine soft tones across the walls, fabrics and bespoke seating. This gave the office a calm, warm and approachable feel.

The finishes of the floor supported the resimercial (residential meets commercial) theme. We combined durability with a softer, more domestic look. Large-format acoustic warm concrete finishes were used alongside oversized Wharfside Ash in the breakout and café area.

Tarkett carpet tiles in three colours were blended across the floorplate, with junction strips formed into radii to soften the geometry of the space.

Finishing touches included natural waxed oak cladding, bespoke signage, planting, Crittall-style glazing and slim-line sliding screens. These details helped create a polished and cohesive workspace that’s practical, comfortable and full of personality.

As office interior design contractors, our focus was on making sure every finish worked practically while contributing to the overall look and feel of the space.

The Office Fit Out

The Orcha Health office fit out was delivered through close collaboration between the client, our design team and our specialist contractors.

We began by developing the client’s initial layout into a fully coordinated design using CAD, 3D visuals and Revit modelling. This allowed the team to understand how each area would work, how services would be integrated and how the flexible spaces would connect across the floorplate.

The fit-out process involved careful coordination of building control requirements, mechanical services, air conditioning, electrical works, data, acoustic partitions, glazing, joinery, furniture and lighting.

Because the office needed to support hybrid work, team collaboration, formal meetings and future growth, every area had to be planned with long-term flexibility in mind.

As experienced office refurbishment contractors and commercial fit out specialists, Select Interiors managed the project from design through to completion, ensuring the finished workplace was practical, attractive and ready for everyday use.

Carl's thoughts

“Our fit-out for Orcha Health integrated sensory design principles, creating a workspace that stimulates touch, sight, and sound to boost employee engagement and productivity.”

The project for VuFold in Macclesfield was for a retail fit out and Cat B fit out of the core shell. Part way through the completion of the build the main contractor went into administration, and we undertook the completion of the Cat A shell works including: Dry lining, screed, plaster finishes, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, partitioning, joinery to enable us to start the fit out

Overview

Design Concept and Inspiration: was the building’s distinctive architecture, featuring a triangular jutting steel cladding detail with an external balcony. The internal space was angled like a squeezed trapezium and the roof to 1st floor was pitched into the gable. The unique footprint and angled soffits added to the building’s architectural appeal in conjunction with the extensive display of products made the internal design & fit out an exciting jigsaw puzzle and poser for our team of Creators + Makers. The finishes were carefully selected, use of an earthy palette and natural timber, fabrics, wool boucle, and rugs to give an organic backdrop to the main show, the Products
